Starting from 2018 Spring semester, all courses/sections created in SAP will be synchronized with Moodle automatically including the course info and enrolled students & teachers.
The synchronization will be done on a daily basis and changes in SAP within the day will be reflected to Moodle by an automated program during the night.
The initial synchronization between SAP and Moodle is done with the course visibility marked as “Hide” in Moodle. If you want to use Moodle for supporting your semester course, you need to logon to Moodle and modify course visibility to “Show” so that enrolled students will be able to list/view the course in Moodle.
Also, if you would like to manage several sections of the same course in SAP as a single course in Moodle please follow documentation provided about how to merge existing courses in Moodle.
